摘  要:针对植物绝缘油的性能需求,对现有的食用植物油间歇式精炼工艺进行调整和优化。化学精炼工艺引入二次碱炼可以有效提高植物绝缘油的性能,酸值(KOH)达到0.03 mg/g以下,介质损耗因数小于0.5%。物理-化学混合精炼工艺不但可以有效避免物理脱酸产生的极性物质对植物绝缘油电气性能的影响,还可以进一步降低植物绝缘油的酸值。该研究旨在为促进我国植物绝缘油产业的发展提供参考。According to performance requirement of vegetable insulating oil, the existing batch refining technology of edible vegetable oil was adjusted and optimized. The introduction of secondary alkali refining into chemical refining process could improve the performance of vegetable insulating oil, and the acid value and dielectric dissipation factor were less than 0.03 mgKOH/g and 0.5% respectively. Physical - chemical mixed refining process could not only effectively avoid the influence of polar substances generated by physical deacidification on electric performance of vegetable insulating oil, but also further reduce the acid value of vegetable insulating oil. The study was aimed at providing reference for the further industrial development of vegetable insulating oil.
