积极心理学视域下的图书馆员职业活力激发

摘　　要：与以往的职业倦怠研究只关注职业的消极心理现象不同,21世纪初出现的积极心理学更加注重对人的积极美好品性价值的研究与开发。本文基于这一视角探讨图书馆员职业的积极心理品质,注重对自我效能、希望、情绪智力以及复原力等积极心理资源的发现和开发,进而激发图书馆员的职业活力。In the early 21st century, the positive psychology pays more attention to the study and development of humarfs positive character value. It is different from the researches of job burnout in the past which only focus on the negative mental phenomenon. This paper researches the positive psy chological quality of librariang career, pays attention to the discovery and development of positive psychological resources, such as selgefficacy, hope, emotional intelligence and resiliency, in order to stimulate librarians＇ career vitality.
