摘　　要：高等职业院校开展思想政治工作既有职业教育快速发展、经济结构转型、"一带一路"战略和国家政策完善等机遇,也有思想政治工作基础相对薄弱、生源素质下降、教育模式落后、人口老龄化和工作队伍薄弱的困境与挑战。只要坚决贯彻国家部署、进行思想政治工作创新、推进课程体系建设和提高思想政治工作者业务水平,高职院校就能开创思想政治工作新局面。Carrying out ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges enjoys the opportunities of the rapid development of vocational education, economic restructuring, ＂The Belt and Road＂ strategy and national policy on improvement, but suffers from the difficulties and challenges of the relatively weak base of ideological and political work, students＇ declining qualities, backward education pattern, aging population and the weak team. As long as the national deployment is resolutely implemented, the ideological and political work is creatively going, the construction of curriculum system is promoted and the ideological and political workers＇ professional level is improved, higher vocational colleges can create a new situation in the ideological and political work.
