洋槐蜂蜜防治鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔粘膜炎的临床观察

摘　　要：目的探讨洋槐蜂蜜对鼻咽癌患者放射性口腔粘膜炎的防治作用。方法将72例根治性放射治疗的鼻咽癌患者随机分为两组,各36例,对照组给予常规口腔护理和健康宣教,研究组在常规护理基础上含服洋槐蜂蜜,10ml/次,3次/日,直至放疗结束后8周;按照NCI-CTCAE v3.0和文献报道的方法观察和评价两组患者急慢性放射性口腔粘膜炎情况。结果①两组患者基本临床特征匹配(均P>0.05);②72例患者均存在不同程度的急性口腔粘膜炎,与对照组相比,研究组重度口腔粘膜炎的发生率从41.67%下降至19.44%,P=0.0407;急性口腔粘膜炎出现时间从(20.78±6.06)天延迟至(23.14±6.21)天,P=0.107;③对照组和研究组慢性口腔粘膜炎的发生率分别为25.0%(9/36)和11.1%(4/36),P=0.1255。结论洋槐蜂蜜可减少鼻咽癌患者重度急性放射性口腔粘膜炎的发生,值得进一步探索。Objective To observe the efficacy of locust honey in the prevention of radiation-induced oral mueositis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods 72 cases of nasopharyngeal carcinoma were randomly divided into 2 groups ,36 patients in the control group（ conventional nursing） and 36 cases in the treatment group （locust honey）, then compare radiation-induced oral mucositis between the 2 group. Results Oral mueositis with different grades were showed in all patients, severe acute mucositis was 41, 67% in the control group, while the treatment group was 19.44% , there had statistical difference（ P = 0.0407 ）, and the time to observation of acute mucositis were prolonged from 20.78±6.06 days to 23.14±6.21days（P =0. 107） ;the rates of chronic oral mucositis were 25.0% and 11.1% respectively in the control group and the treatment group, P = 0. 1255. Conclusion Locust honey is effective in the prevention of severe acute radiation-induced oral mucositis in nasopharyngeal carcinoma patients and it is worthy of further study.
