摘 要:I型全钢三明治板是一种新型轻量化高强结构,在运载工具轻量化领域,特别是舰船上有广阔的应用前景。立足于舰船轻量化背景,主要从三明治板的基本类型、制造方法和刚度分析三方面进行了激光焊接I型全钢三明治板刚度研究的综述。并指出在I型三明治板的刚度研究中亟待解决的问题:一是开展考虑焊接接头焊缝几何参数和面板局部变形的I型全钢三明治板的刚度设计工作;二是新方法的探索和应用,如窄间隙焊接,然后必须进行大量试验以降低设计风险。Ⅰ-core steel sandwich plate is a new type of lightweight high strength structure. It has a broad application prospect in the lightweight areas of the vehicles, especially in ships. Based on the background of the ship lightweight, the study on the stiffness of laser welded Ⅰ-core steel sandwich plate was mainly reviewed from three aspects: the types of the sandwich plate, the manufacturing method and the stiffness analysis. And the problems to be solved in the research of Ⅰ-core sandwich plate were pointed out. One is to carry out the stiffness design work of Ⅰ-core steel sandwich plate considering the weld parameters of the welded joints and the local deformation. The other is the exploration and application of new methods, such as narrow gap welding. And then a large number of experiments should be carried out to reduce design risk.
