摘  要:随着中国社会经济的全面发展,民族地区的高中英语教学与改革、教师队伍建设等受到社会的广泛关注。结合高中英语教学实际,从心理资本的视角下研讨高中英语教师的职业倦怠问题,优化现代民族地区高中英语教师培训与管理工作,是有效提高民族地区教学质量的关键,也是促进民族地区教育体系发展的主要途径。With the development of social economy Chinese, senior high school English teaching and Reform in minority areas, the construction of teaching staff has been widespread concern in society. Combined with the high school English teaching practice, from the occupation burnout research in senior high school English teachers' psychological capital from the perspective of modem ethnic areas to optimize high school English teachers training and management work, is the key to effective to improve the quality of teaching in ethnic regions, but also the main way to promote the development of education in ethnic minority areas.
