水产品质量安全问题的经济学分析

摘　　要：近年来,我国出现的水产品质量安全事件,危害了消费者健康,影响了水产品生产企业的可持续发展,引起社会广泛关注。本文从经济学需求和供给、外部性、信息不对称理论视角,分析我国水产品质量安全问题的致因,并从政府管理方面、企业管理方面和提升消费者的鉴别能力方面提出改善水产品安全问题的对策。In recent years, some widespread concern, which endange quality and safety incidents of aquatic product occurs in China and aroused ring the health of consumers, and affecting the sustainable development of aquaculture production enterprises. Based on the economics of demand and supply, externalities, and information asymmetry theory, analyses the main reason of Chinese aquatic product quality and safety problems identifies the key factors which impact quality and safety of aquatic product. Then proposed the countermeasures to improve the quality and safety of aquatic product from government administration, corporate governance and identified capabili- ty of customer aspects.
