构建我国现代职业教育发展的新坐标——基于“场域”的理论视角

摘　　要：职业教育组织变革是社会历史发展的必然要求,一定社会发展阶段必然会催生与之发展相一致的职业教育组织形式,一定社会的现实生活要求必然反映到一定的职业教育组织形式之中去。我们从社会"场域"的理论视角出发,对职业教育组织体系变革进行了考量和检视:以职业教育的空间场域、经济场域、文化场域和组织场域分析为切入点,以职业教育外部的环境转型、内部的机制重构以及行动主体的认知转变为主线,以职业教育体系、教育体系、社会体系间的同构关系为立体面,搭建了现代职业教育发展的新坐标。The reform of vocational education organization is the inevitable requirement of social history development, a certain stage of social development will inevitably generate the development of vocational education organization system, and the reality of social requirements must be reflected to a certain kind of vocational education organization. From the theoretical perspective of social ＂field＂ , we review the vocational education system reform, and set up a new coordinate for the development of modern vocational education. We set up a new coordinate for the development of modern vocational education fromthree directions; In this paper, analysis of the spatial field, economic field, cultural field and organizational field of vocational education as the breakthrough point, the main line including the transformation of external environment, refactoring of internal mechanism , and cognitive change ofaction subject , this paper take the isomorphic relationsbetween the vocational education system, education system and social system as the three-dimensional surface , and build a new development of modern occupation education.
