校企行合作开发《仓储与配送管理实务》课程的探索与实践

摘　　要：基于校企行合作开发理念,在行业协会协调下,将物流管理专业人才培养中的仓储与配送管理实务课程教学与多家相关企业对应岗位工作内容相对接,将多家合作企业的相关案例和典型工作任务加以提炼以形成课程教学内容,并由校企行三方共同考核教学成果,以此探索校企行深度合作开发课程的思路与实践,不断完善和提高物流专业人才培养质量,更好地适应现代物流企业相关岗位的人才需求。In this paper, based on the philosophy of the school-enterprise-industry cooperative development and under the mediation of the industrial association, we docked the practical education of the storage and distribution management courses in the logistics management talent cultivation programs with the job content of multiple associated companies, abstracted the typical scenarios and tasks of the companies into course contents and invited the parties of the school, enterprise and industry to jointly examine the teaching outcome.
