开放大学重在“开放”而非“放开”——兼论开放大学优秀人才培养机制的形成

摘　　要：开放大学不断丰富"开放性"精神内涵,并非一味放开来办学。它的大门是向更广泛的学习者敞开,让广大愿学、乐学、求学者时时、处处分享优秀的学习资源,实现终身学习的愿望。而不是方便那些不想学、不愿学的人前来领取一张"金字招牌"式的毕业证书。开放大学以其先进的理念,健全的质量保证体系、以及与学习型城市建设相适应的步伐,为社会建设与发展培养优秀人才,构建创新、协调、开放、绿色、共享的终身教育体系。Open universities continuously enrich the ＂open＂ spirit, not blindly ＂let loose＂ . The door is open to a wide range of learners, who are willing to learn, enjoy learning, and share excellent learning resources, to achieve the desire of lifelong learning. And it is not convenient for those who don＇t want to learn but just want to get a certificate with a gilded signboard. With advanced concepts, a sound quality-assurance system, and suitable for the construction of a learning city, the Open Universities cultivate excellent talents for the social construction and development, and build a lifelong education system of innovation, coordination, openness, green, and sharing spirit.
