摘　　要：阐述人工智能的概念，介绍医学专家系统的发展历程、应用、工作机制以及人工神经网络的兴起背景、优势、在医疗领域的应用，对人工智能在医疗领域的未来发展提出建议。The paper describes the concept of Artificial Intelligence （AI）, introduces the development history, application and working mechanism of medical expert system, as well as the emerging background, advantages and application in medical field of Artificial Neural Nets （AAN）. It also proposes suggestions for future development of artificial intelligence in medical field.
