摘　　要：沪通长江大桥主航道桥为主跨1 092m的双塔三索面斜拉桥,采用3片主桁、"N"形桁式。该桥采用整体节段架设方案,标准梁段的2个节间为1个整体全焊制造节段,单个标准节段尺寸为28m×36.2m×18.15m,节段最大吊重约1 744t。针对该桥节段拼装施工难点,提出了先分块拼装再整体节段拼装的方案,并对主桁片体式拼装(方案1)和主桁散拼式拼装(方案2)2种主桁拼装方案进行综合比选,采用方案1施工。主桁片体式节段拼装施工时,节段划分为桁片、铁路桥面块体、公路桥面块体、横联片体4种块体;设有2条拼装线,配备多台龙门吊及门座式起重机;主桁在胎架上平位拼装成桁片后,通过800t龙门吊翻转90°后进行节段拼装,并通过临时固定调整装置控制拼装精度。The main ship channel bridge of the Hutong Changjiang River Bridge is a cable- stayed bridge with double pylons, triple cable planes and with a main span of 1 092 m. The main girder of the bridge is the steel truss girder that is comprised of three main trusses of the N-shape and the girder is constructed, using the monolithic girder segment erection scheme. The 2 panels of a typical girder segment are a monolithic all-welded and fabricated segment. The dimensions of a single typical segment are 28 mX 36.2 m）〈 18.15 m and the maximum lifting weight of the segment is 1 744 t. In view of the difficulties of the segmental assembling construction of the bridge, the scheme that the blocks of the segment were assembled first and the monolithic segment was assem- bled then was put forward. The 2 specific assembling schemes for the main trusses, such as the truss unit segment assembling （scheme 1） and the piece-by-piece assembling of the main trusses （scheme 2）, were also comprehensively compared and the scheme 1 was finally selected. In the construction of the truss unit segment assembling, the segment of the truss unit was divided into 4 parts of the truss units, railway deck blocks, highway deck blocks and the lateral bracing units. 2 assembling lines were arranged and a number of the gantry cranes and portal cranes were provided. After the main trusses were horizontally assembled well into the truss units on the assembly jigs, the truss units were turned 90~ for the segmental assembling, using the 800 t gantry cranes and the assembling precision was controlled, using the temporary fixing and adjusting devices.
