摘　　要：网络新闻传播通过发挥空前的传播优势,使舆论生成与舆论导向趋于一致,从而有利于在舆论表达之中形成舆论效应,以进行社会公共生活的公民自我调控。The netnews communication has displayed its unprecedented superiority,which is helpful to unify the production and the orientation of public opinions so as to be conducive to boasting the public opinion effect in the public opinion expression and to conducting the self-regulation of citizens in social and public life.
