地中海贫血产前诊断中绒毛及羊水穿刺术的应用研究

摘　　要：目的:研究地中海贫血产前诊断中绒毛及羊水穿刺术的应用效果。方法:采用随机分组的方式将2014年1月~2016年1月来某院接受检查诊断的地中海贫血孕妇100例随机分为两组,观察组属于早孕孕妇,进行腹绒毛活检,对照组属于中孕孕妇,进行羊水穿刺,对比分析两组孕妇的手术成功率、手术时间、术后并发症情况。结果:观察组手术成功率显著高于对照组,术后并发症情况显著低于对照组,孕周显著低于对照组,对比差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组手术时间与对照组相比无明显差异,差异不具备统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:针对地中海贫血症进行产前诊断,应用绒毛活检术能够保证诊断时间早、手术成功率高及并发症少,不仅能够对孕妇宫中的异常胎儿进行及早发现,还能减轻孕妇的心理压力,安全可靠,在临床上值得推广应用。Objective：To study the application effect of chorionic villi and amniotic fluid paracentesis in the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia.Metbods： 100 cases of pregnant women who accepted examination in a hospital from January 2014 to January 2016 were randomly divided into two groups.The observation group belonged to the pregnant women in early pregnancy and received transabdominal chorionic biopsy, and the control group belonged to pregnant women in mid-pregnancy, and received amniotic fluid puncture, Then compared and analyzed the surgery success rate, operation time and postoperative complications of two groups.Results.The success rate of surgery of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group, the postoperative complications of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group,and the gestational weeks of observation group was significantly lower than that of control group, which the differences was statistically significant （P 〈0.05）. The operation time of two groups showed no significant difference, with no statistical significance （P 〉 0.05）. Conclusion. Application of chorionic villus sampling in the prenatal diagnosis of thalassemia can ensure the early diagnosis, with high surgical success rate and fewer complications.It can not only discover the abnormal fetus in pregnant woman palace as early as possible, but also reduce the psychological pressure of pregnant women, with safety and reliability, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
