摘　　要：高职院校实施两级管理模式改革，是高职院校改革的必然趋势。本文依据协同管理理论，以建立科学、规范的院系两级教学管理体系为目标，从高职院校院系两级管理模式出发，进一步阐述高职院校实施院系两级教学管理的必要性，并对目前高职院校院系两级教学管理存在的问题和不足进行分析，从中探索出实施院系两级教学管理的有效途径。以求探索和建立较为系统、完善的，适应产教融合、校企合作要求的院系两级教学管理模式。Reform of two-level management mode has become an inevitable trend in higher vocational colleges. The article, based upon the Synergetic theory, starts with the two-level management mode characterized by college-department in higher vocational colleges, elaborates on the necessity of the mode, analyzes existing problems and weaknesses in the management, and explores effective approaches to the implementation of the two-level management in order to set up a scientific and standardized two-level management system. Such a system is expected to be systematic and complete to meet the requirement of the combination of production and teaching and cooperation between colleges and enterprises.
