高校惩治和预防腐败体系建设的思考

摘　　要：现阶段高校惩治和预防腐败体系建设中存在监督机制软化与虚置、工作机制运转不畅等问题，高校要加强对惩防体系建设的力度，采取积极有效地应对措施，健全制度、加强落实、强化监督、规范程序，切实保证高校各项事务健康、有序地运行。Currently there are certain problems with the development of the system for punishment and prevention of corruption in higher institutions, including a weak and empty supervisory mechanism and unsatisfactory operation of the mechanism. Colleges and universities are to strengthen the system to punish and prevent corruption and adopt proactive and effective measures to ensure that schools are operated in a healthy and orderly manner. Such measures include the establishment of a perfect system, rigorous implementation of laws and rules, strict supervision, and standardization of procedures.
