摘　　要：本文试从教学理念,课程体系与人才培养方式,评级体系几个方面提出高职院校如何在教育国际化背景下优化配置本国教育市场,合理部署本国的教育资源与要素,以更好的培养在国际上有竞争力的高素质技术技能人才。The essay attempted to propose suggestions on how to optimize and match domestic educational market and rationally arrange home educational resources and elements under the back- ground of educational internationalization from the aspects of teaching concepts, curricula system and talents cultivating mode, appraisal system so as to cultivate competitive talents with higher qualities internationally.
