摘 要:目的针对当前临床实践教学中存在的教学病例少、床边教学患者不配合、教学实践性差、学员积极性不高等突出问题,在心血管外科教学中,试行了标准化患者和医学模拟人(MS)联合应用教学模式。方法将本院2013年级临床医学专业五年制本科见习医学员分为实验组和对照组,采用成绩考核和学生调查问卷的形式对教学效果进行评价。结果实验组学生在病例书写水平,临床思维能力方面明显优于对照组;实践表明,标准化患者和MS联合应用教学模式明显提高了临床实践教学质量及学生的实践能力,同时也显示了传统的课堂及带教教学模式在发展临床思维、培养学生独立思考能力等方面存在着一定程度上的不足。结论标准化患者和MS联合应用教学模式是一项非常有潜力的临床实践教学方法,值得进一步完善和推广。Objective Due to various problems in clinical teaching such as limited classical cases, uncooperative patients for teaching, and poor quality of teaching cases, we introduced a new clinical teaching pattern with standardized patient and medical simu- lator in the internship teaching of cardiovascular surgery. Methods The interns ( n = 25) were divided into experimental group and con- trol group. The teaching effectiveness was evaluated with the examination and questionnaire. Results According to this study, students in experimental group were obviously superior to those in control group in the writing of medical document, and in the analysis and di- agnosis of clinical cases. The clinical teaching pattern with standardized patient and medical simulator significantly increased the teach- ing quality and students" practical ability compared to the traditional teaching method. Conclusion Standardized patient and medical simulator have the significant advantages in clinical teaching and would be further explored and improved.
