摘  要:护理学是一门实践性很强的综合性应用学科。实验教学是护理学专业教学全过程的重要环节,对提高学生综合能力和培养高素质护理人才具有重要意义。而实验室开放是对课堂实验教学的必要补充,在培养学生实践动手能力和自我管理能力等方面发挥着重要作用。我校护理技能训练中心积累了多年的护理实践教学管理经验,探索出一种有效的实验室课后开放管理模式,并在实践中取得了良好的运行效果。Nursing is a practical and comprehensive application discipline. Experimental teaching is an important part of the whole teaching process for nursing profession, and is also of great significance to improve the students' compre- hensive ability and cultivate high-quality nursing personnel. Laboratory opening is a necessary complement to class- room experiment teaching, which plays an important role in training students' practical ability and self-management a- bility. Our center had accumulated experience in nursing practice teaching management for many years, and had ex- plored a set of laboratory opening mode, which was achieved good effect in practice.
