摘　　要："2011计划"是国家提升高校人才、学科、科研协同创新能力及复合型人才培养的重大战略举措。基于知识产权的跨学科属性和"2011计划"复合型创新人才培养的需要,通过分析国内外跨学科课程理论研究态势,提炼、借鉴美国著名大学经验,以"绿色制药企业知识产权管理与技术创新"课程为例,构建"2011计划"跨学科课程协同教学新模式。The ＂2011 Plan＂is a significant national strategic initiative to enhance collaborative innovation ability of universities＇ talents,disciplines,scientific research,and interdisciplinary talent training. Based on interdisciplinary characteristic of intellectual property and the need for interdisciplinary talent training of the ＂2011 Plan＂,this paper analyzes the theoretical research tendency in domestic and international literatures on interdisciplinary curriculum study,summarizes and draws on the experience of famous universities＇ practice in the United States,puts forward a new collaborative teaching model in interdisciplinary curriculum of the ＂2011 Plan＂. Taking ＂intellectual property management and technology innovation in green pharmaceutical enterprises＂as an example,this paper puts forward a curriculum design plan for multidisciplinary teachers from law,medicine,and management.
