基于社会需求为导向的经管类专业应用型人才培养模式研究——以海南大学经管学院为例

摘　　要：随着我国社会主义市场经济的不断深化,社会对经管类专业的人才需求日益增加。然而,经管类学生培养模式与社会需求脱节问题一直存在。尤其是在经济结构调整的背景下,社会对经管类专业人才的需求也随之不断调整,脱节问题更加严峻,人才培养模式亟需转变。因此,充分探讨新形势下社会需求转变对人才培养的新要求,从中找出目前人才培养模式存在的弊端,并进一步改善人才培养的现状,以期达到不同时期社会经济结构变化带来的对人才培养的目标要求。With the continuous deepening of the socialist market economy in China, the demand of the societyfor the economic and management professionals is increasing day by day. However, there has been a gap between thetraining modes and the social demand. Especially, in the context of economic adjustment, social demands would alsoadjust and problems become more severe, so it permits no delay in changing talent cultivation modes. Therefore, thispaper fully explores the new requirements of social demands for talent cultivation under the new situation, finds outthe disadvantages of current modes and further improves current situation, hoping to meet requirements for talent cul-tivation in different stages of social economic restructuring.
