基于“双导师制”的财务管理专业应用型人才培养探索——以常熟理工学院为例

摘　　要：应用型高校强调校地合作发展,在此基础上提出"双导师制"培养模式,由校外和校内导师共同对学生的学习等进行指导,旨在提高学生的实践应用能力。文章以常熟理工学院的财务管理专业为例进行分析,在目前已有的实践基础上找出存在的问题,希望从政策法规层面给予项目支持,提出学生可以到相关单位进行顶岗实习,并且可以考虑与行业共建专业实验室。s The applied colleges emphasize the cooperation between colleges and local enterprises. Based on it,this paper puts forward the ＂double-tutor system＂ training mode, in which teachers belong to our college and othercolleges train students together. The system is designed to improve students/ practice and application capacity. By an-alyzing the financial management major of Changsbu Institute of Technology, we found out existing problems on thebase of practice, hoping to find policy support for the ＂double-tutor system,＂ and suggested some students to takepart in internship programs in relevant enterprises, and also suggest colleges to build professional labs with enterpris-es together.
