聋生高教同质化与社会分工复杂化矛盾分析

摘　　要：转型期用工荒与就业难使得结构性失业矛盾出现,究其原因可归结为高校之间的同质化与社会分工的复杂化造成。文章试图分析聋生高等院校同质化与社会分工之间复杂化关系现状,探究原因并提出化解矛盾的建议,目的在降低结构性失业聋生群体数量。The appearance of contradictions between labour shortage and difficult employment during the transitional period of structural unemployment contradictions is caused by the homogeneity of Higher Education and the complications of social division of labour. This article attempts to analyze the status quo of relationship the homogeneity of Higher Education and the complications of social division of labour, to explore the reasons, and to put forward the suggestion that resolve contradictions, in order to reduce population of structural unemployment deaf.
