摘　　要：在《正义论》中,罗尔斯论及了社会合作、正义观念和正义制度等不同对象的稳定性,但在罗尔斯那里,这些不同对象的稳定性问题实际上具有同一性,这是罗尔斯受亚里士多德影响,将稳定性理论与正义理论融为一体,并意图解决现代自由主义者的根本关切——如何实现最小强制与最大自律——的结果。尽管罗尔斯的稳定性理论立意深邃,但罗尔斯在《正义论》第三部分对公平的正义的稳定性的论证并不成功,其存在的问题并非只是忽略了合理多元主义的事实。In A Theory of Justice, Rawls discusses the stability of social cooperation, concept of justice and justice system. But the stability of these different objects actually have the same problem, which is in-fluenced by Aristotle. Rawls try to solve the fundamental concerns of modern liberals--how to achievethe minimum compulsion and maximum self-discipline. Although the stability theory of Rawls has deep in-tention, but it is not successful, that the problem is not just ignored the fact of reasonable pluralism.
