摘　　要：刘湛恩是中国近代职业指导教育的先驱,他积极开展职业指导的理论研究与实践探索,在指导方法、指导原则、指导思想、职业价值观等方面,兼具科学性与发展性的特点,在今天看来具有鲜活的现代科学性特征,对当前职业生涯教育的发展方向,如对接专业、行业、德育及创业教育等,依然具有启发意义。Liu Zhan＇en is the pioneer of vocational education in modern China, he carried out theoretical research and practice,and his scientific ideas took the lead in vocational education,such as guiding methods, guiding principles, guiding theories and vocational values, w hich are still enlightening the modern. Career education w ith regard to the general education,ideological education and enterpreneurship education.
