摘 要:免疫学是一门所含知识广博、深奥、抽象的学科,学生学习过程中难免会感到困难,产生畏学心理。传统教学法容易导致学生学习被动,达不到理想效果。结合学导式教学和教学过程中的案例穿插讲解,以学导教学为主线,通过案例讲解加深学生对所学内容的理解,能很好地培养学生自学能力,同时挖掘学生发现和解决问题的探索精神。在此介绍学导-案例式教学法的内涵、实施过程和方法以及特色与优点。Medical immunology is such an abstruse and abstract subject that quite a few students inevitably have fear and difficulties in learning this course. The traditional teaching mode is likely to result in students' passive learning attitude and unsatisfactory learning effectiveness. The application of guidance-cases teaching method,which makes the guided teaching approach as a main line and integrates it with case explanation to deepen the understanding of this subject,is more likely to help students develop not only the capacity to study independently but the exploration spirit to find and resolve problems. This paper introduces the connotation,procedure,approach and advantages of guidance-cases teaching method.
