摘  要:目的探讨绩效考核在提高护士执行力中的效果。方法制定科室护士绩效考核标准,从2015年4月份开始实施,比较实施前后1年的住院患者满意度、护理质量、护士执行力等。结果实施后的住院患者满意度、护理质量、护士执行力等明显提高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论公平、公正、公开的绩效考核,可以提高护士执行力,提高护理质量,并促进护士个人成长。Objective To explore the effect of performance appraisal to improve the executive force of nurses. Methods Performance appraisal standard of nurses in department was formulated, and implemented since April 2015. One year before and after implementation, the satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients, nursing quality and nurses' executive force were compared. Results After implementation, the satisfaction degree of hospitalized patients, nursing quality and nurses' executive force were significantly improved, with statistical differences (P 〈0.05). Conclusions Fair, impartial and public performance appraisal can improve nursing quality and nurses' executive force, and promote personal growth of nurses.
