摘　　要：当前医患纠纷形势严峻,医患沟通不畅是最重要的原因之一。随着时代发展,感染科临床重点疾病谱在不断改变,医患沟通技巧的内在要求也在不断增加。本文针对感染科临床重点疾病,如病毒性肝炎、败血症、中枢神经系统感染、不明原因发热及自身免疫性脑炎,进行专病医患沟通技巧的体会总结,希望能对低年资及非专科医生提升和这些疾病的相关医患沟通技巧有所帮助。The medical disputes situation is grim now,and poor doctor-patient communication is consid-ered to be one of the most important reason.With the era development, the ariation of the key diseases in clinic of department of infectious diseases is constantly changing,and the inherent requirement of doctor-pa-tient communication skills is also growing.In the paper,we will focus on the key diseases in clinic of depart-ment of infectious diseases,including viral hepatitis,septicemia,central nervous system infection,unexplained fever and autoimmune encephalitis,to summarize the risk points of the diseases and treatment experience.It can be hopeful to elevate the ability of these doctors who are low qualification or not professional in depart-ment of infectious diseases in dealing with doctor-patient communication.
