摘 要:对不同容器发酵水豆豉乙醇提取物的便秘预防效果及作用机制进行了研究.对活性炭诱导便秘的小鼠灌胃不同容器发酵水豆豉提取物后发现对照组(活性炭诱导便秘)小鼠的体重下降最多,活性炭在小肠中的推进率最低,排出首粒黑便的时间也最长;相比于对照组玻璃容器发酵水豆豉(GVFS)提取物可以缓解便秘小鼠的体重下降,提高活性炭的推进率和减少排出首粒黑便时间.同时相对于对照组,GVFS可以提高小鼠血清MTL、Gas、ET、AchE、SP、VIP的水平和降低SS水平,且对这些血清水平的影响显著强于陶瓷容器发酵水豆豉(CVFS)提取物和塑料容器发酵水豆豉(PVFS)提取物.RT-PCR实验结果显示GVFS组小鼠的c-Kit、SCF、GDNF mRNA表达高于PVFS、CVFS组和对照组,而TRPV1、NOS表达仅高于正常组.由此可见,水豆豉具有良好的便秘预防效果,且玻璃容器发酵提取物能够使水豆豉具有更好的效果,主要原因可能是由于GVFS含有较高含量的大豆异黄酮.The preventive effects and mechanisms of different vessels fermented Shuidouchi ethanol extract on activated carbon induced constipation were researched.After the mice being treated with different vessels fermented Shuidouchi by lavage,it was found that the body weight of control group(activated carbon induced constipation)mice lost weight the most,the gastrointestinal transit rate was lowest,and the first black stool defecation time was longest.The glass vessel fermented Shuidouchi(GVFS)extract could inhibit the mice body weight lost,increase the gastrointestinal transit rate and decrease the first black stool defecation time compared to the control group.Meanwhile,GVFS could raise the mice serum MTL,Gas,ET,AchE,SP,VIP levels and reduce SS level compared to the control group,and these changes of serum levels were significantly stronger than ceramic vessel fermented Shuidouchi(CVFS)and plastic vessel fermented Shuidouchi(PVFS).By the RT-PCR experiment,the results showed that the c-Kit,SCF,GDNF mRNA expressions of GVFS group mice were higher than those of PVFS,CVFS group mice and control group mice,and TRPV1,NOS expressions of GVFS group mice were only higher than the normal group.From these results,Shuidouchi has favorable constipation preventive effects,and the glass vessel fermentation could make the Shuidouchi have better effects,and the main reason might be that GVFS contained high content of soybean isoflavone.
