职业技术背景下地方本科院校计算机类专业教育的研究

摘　　要：2014年国家再次强调职业技术教育的重要性,提出了部分新建地方本科院校转型为职业技术大学,目的是实现学校培养出来的人才与社会需求的零接轨。职业技术教育的显著特色体现在地方性与行业性、技术技能性、市场导向性等3个方面。因此作为地方院校计算机类专业更需要向职业标准看齐,教育模式更要突出实践性。探索职业技术背景下地方院校计算机类专业的培养模式,从传统模式培养人才的问题出发,具体分析计算机类专业改革的必要性,进一步探究职业技术教育的特点与优势,最后提出计算机类专业进行职业技术教育改革的思路,使教师达到"双师型"、学生培养过程职业化,入职就可以上岗的目的。In In 2014, the national government once again stressed the importance of professional and technical education, and pre- sented that some newly-built universities should transfer to applied-oriented vocational universities with the target of non-distance connection to social needs. The features of vocational education are to meet local and industrial development, to emphasize engi- neering technique and to be oriented by market. Hence the computer engineering discipline should target the engineering standard and practice. The paper explores the training mode of local universities by dealing with the necessity of reform of computer engi- neering discipline. It also explores the characters and advantages of vocational education. And it points out that the reforming way should make the teachers be ＂double division type＂, the students be trained with professional mode. The students can be competent to their jobs after they graduate from these universities.
