摘　　要：在经济发展的新常态下,高职院校思想政治工作面临着诸多新情况、新问题和新挑战,结合当前高职院校思想政治工作实际和特点,通过对存在的不足及难点的原因进行分析,着重从创新人才培养模式、提升思想政治工作队伍素质、强化思想政治教育网络等阵地建设方面入手,探索新常态下高职院校思想政治工作的应对策略。Under the new normal of economic development, ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges is facing many new situations, new problems and new challenges. Combined with the reality and characteristics of current ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges, it analyzes the causes of problems and difficulties, explores the countermeasures of ideological and political work in higher vocational colleges under the new normal from the aspects of innovating talent training mode, improving the qualities of the working team, and strengthening the educational network.
