摘　　要：职业同一性是指个体在职业发展中对有关自我职业因素的探索与明确,是自我同一性的重要方面,也是青少年阶段重要的发展任务。本研究使用调查法,采用大学生职业同一性量表对大学生职业同一性现状进行了调查:职业达成型被试占调查总体不到四分之一,而大部分被试对职业没有承诺。另外,不同性别、学科、年级的学生职业同一性发展状况不同,可以针对性地开展教育,促使大学生形成良好职业同一性。Vocational identity refers to the exploration and clear understanding of the factors of the career of oneself in one＇ s career development.It is an important aspect of self-identity and an important development task of the stage of adolescent.Using survey method, this study hasinvestigated the present situation ofcollege students＇ career identityby thecollege students self-identity scale, finding that the participants of vocational identity achievement areaccounted for less than a quarter of the overall investigated,and most of the subjects do not promise to their occupation.In addition, the situation of vocational identity development is different for the students of different gender,subject and grade.So the targeted education should be carried outto encourage college students to form good vocational identity.
