摘 要:在世界经济一体化信息化的推动下,包括高等职业教育在内的高等教育国际化、产业化已经成为发达国家高等教育发展的共同趋势。大力发展我国的高等职业教育,积极推进我国高等职业教育国际化进程是适应经济全球化和世界高等职业教育国际化发展的必然要求。分析了目前国内高等职业教育课程资源管理中阻碍高等职业教育国际化发展的几个问题,并结合新西兰高等教育课程资源管理中的一些先进经验,尝试性地提出了相应的解决策略。Based on humanistic values,people oriented education emphasizes the people’s attention and respect, the role of education on the development of human potential.It also regulates the education process as the“self-actualization”one,and pays attention to the establishment of the teacher-student relationship and emotional development of students.Through the fieldwork,this paper briefly introduces the experience and achievements in the practice of Vocational Education in New Zealand. In expectation of inspiring the education reform in our institute:The education should focuses on the students’emotional training, stimulates their inside feelings.The teaching content should meets student social needs and individual development needs.The teaching methods should implement the study meaning in order to make the students truly understand the knowledge ,through which can transform the capacity to real action. Emphasizing the establishment of teachers and students relationship,they should cooperate with each other.The teachers ought to play the role of facilitator to accomplish the goal that the students can fullfill the education target through our training. Learning from the people oriented education experience of the vocational education in New Zealand should play an active role in changing the educational enviroment, promoting educatees to the healthy and comprehensive development.
