摘 要:应用Ansys Workbench软件对某型叉车发动机罩的振动模型进行自由模态和约束模态分析,得到机罩的各阶模态频率和模态特性。仿真分析表明,发动机罩座椅下平面在90 Hz、100 Hz、103 Hz存在明显振动模态,与发动机最高转速激励频率93 Hz接近,会对座椅舒适度产生极大影响。改进结果表明,采用大圆弧过渡结构,同时在发动机罩座椅安装平面中增加加强筋后,发动机罩共振频率提高,发动机有效转速范围内机罩振动模态不易被激发。试验结果验证了优化方案的合理性。It is to use an Ansys Workbench software to do a free modal and limited modal analyses of a lift-truck's engine hood in a vibratory model to have got characteristics of the hood's modal frequency and modal features at various stages,respectively.Simulation analyses show that there are obvious vibratory modes existing under the hood-seat level at 90 Hz,100 Hz,and 103 Hz,i.e.close to the engine's max boosted RPM frequency 93 Hz,which would greatly affect comfort of the seat.Results of the improvement show that a resultant assembly with big radius for transition while adding rein ribs to the hood-seat level plane would increase resonance frequency of the hood,however,the hood's vibratory mode would not be easily energized within the engine's effective RPM.So far the test result has verified logistics of the optimal concept.
