摘  要:会计专业中高职衔接一体化尚缺乏完善的人才培养机制。广州工程技术职业学院会计专业依托会计职教联盟协同创新平台,从人才培养目标、职业能力、课程体系、教学模式和职业资格证书等方面入手,探索中高职衔接一体化人才培养机制。实践证明,该人才培养机制有利于提高中高职衔接质量,推动中高职教育的协调、健康发展。Integration of higher vocational schools with vocational colleges in accounting majors lacks the com-plete talent training mechanism. Depending on the innovation platform offered by Accounting Vocational Education Alliance, Accounting majors in Guangzhou Institute of Technology, explored the integration of talent training mechanism of vocational schools and vocational colleges from the perspectives of talent training targets, professional ability, curricu-lum system, teaching mode and qualification certificate. It is proved that this mechanism can not only help upgrade the quality of connecting two different levels of schools, but also contribute to their harmonious and healthy development.
