从“鲁班文化”看现代中国工匠精神的培育

摘　　要：鲁班不仅是古代杰出的手工匠和发明家,更是被美化,神化为所有手工匠的"祖师".通过分析古代文献典籍提炼鲁班文化的内涵,在探究以鲁班文化为代表的传统文化对现代工匠精神培育影响的基础上,提出一些培育我国现代工匠精神的对策.Luban was a master craftsman and inventor in ancient China, who has even been deified as father of craftsmanship ever since. By abstracting the very contents contained in ancient Chinese literature and exploring the effect of Chinese traditional culture represented by Luban culture on cultivating modern craftsmen, this paper puts forward some countermeasures to address the cultivation of craftsmanship in modern China.
