摘　　要：五运六气学说是《内经》的重要组成部分,其以天之五运与地之六气相结合,推断天、地、月的运动变化规律。运气变化,天地自然有四时节律、日节律、月节律及特殊节律,人体气血阴阳也会随着这种周期性变化而发生变化,为人体体质的倾向性形成奠定了重要的基础。根据"天人相应"的整体观思想,认为自然之气与人体之气息息相通,依据胎儿在母体的孕育及出生时的宇宙干支运气来判断当时的宇宙气化特点,从而推测人的体质倾向是中医体质学研究的重要方法。＂Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors＂theory is an important part of the Internal Canon of Medicine,which infers the motion law of heaven,earth and moon,by combining Five evolutive phases and six climatic factors. There are circanual rhythms,circaseptan rhythms and circadian rhythms in nature,qi and blood,yin and yang in the whole blood will change with that change,which has laid an important foundation for formation of different constitution. According to the thinking of ＂correspondence between man and nature＂,we think that nature air and qi in the human body are interlinked. Judging characters of cosmology,according to the Ganzhi of the formation and growth of an embryo in a mother＇s body and when the born,is an important method for speculating tendency of constitution in TCM constitution theory.
