摘　　要：目的：探讨抢救案例分享在急诊护士能级管理中的应用，评价抢救案例分享对急诊科护士综合急救能力的影响。方法从2013年1月开始，山东省聊城市人民医院急诊科在常规能级管理的基础上，每周进行抢救案例分享1次，对典型的急危重患者抢救的时效性进行分析与评价，提出工作感悟与改进措施，并对病例涉及的相关知识点进行链接学习。比较实施前后护士360°评价结果及护士能级进阶人数等能级考核指标。结果实施抢救案例分享后护士360°评价结果从（85．64±7．16）分提高至（92．66±6．17）分，差异有统计学意义（t＝4．52，P〈0．01）；护士能级进阶率从88．9％提高至100．0％，差异有统计学意义（χ^2＝4．35，P〈0．05）。结论通过实施抢救案例分享，护士的能级考核成绩和护士能级进阶比例提高，护士的工作积极性、专业知识、本职业务能力及工作效率等明显提高，进一步提升了护士能级管理效果。Objective To explore the application effect of rescue case sharing in competence -based level management of emergency nurses , and to evaluate the influence of rescue case sharing on comprehensive first-aid ability of emergency nurses .Methods From January 2013 , besides routine competence-based level management , rescue case sharing was conducted once a week in Emergency Department , Liaocheng People′s Hospital, Shandong.In the sharing, timeliness of rescuing typical acute and critical patients was analyzed and evaluated, work reflection and improvement measures were put forward , and related knowledge points involved in the case were reviewed .Indexes of competence level evaluation before and after the implement of sharing were compared, like 360°evaluation results of nurses , number of nurses advanced in level , etc.Results After implementation of rescue case sharing, 360°evaluation results of nurses improved from （85.64 ±7.16） to＆amp;nbsp;（92.66 ±6.17）（t=4.52, P〈0.01）.The number of nurses advanced in level improved from 88.9% to 100.0%（χ^2 =4.35, P〈0.05）.Conclusions Through implementation of rescue case sharing , both the nurses′scores of level assessment and the proportion of nurses advanced in level have been improved .The nurses′working enthusiasm , professional knowledge , professional abilities and work efficiency have all been improved, with the result of further enhancement in competence level management of the nurses .
