摘 要:建立了加工肉制品中6种合成着色剂检测的超高效液相色谱-串联质谱分析方法。样品经甲醇-5%氨水(3∶7)混合溶液提取,正己烷除脂,经Oasis WAX固相萃取小柱净化,6种着色剂经Waters Acquity UPLC BEH C18色谱柱分离,以甲醇和0.02 mol/L乙酸铵水溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,电喷雾负离子(ESI-)模式电离。结果表明:6种色素在0.05~5.0μg/m L范围内呈良好的线性关系,相关系数(r)均大于0.991;酱牛肉样品中3个浓度添加水平平均回收率为83.5%~96.8%;相对标准偏差为3.84%~9.26%。该方法应用Qtrap特有的MRM-IDA-EPI扫描模式,可实现化合物的进一步确证。An ultra performance liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (UPLC MS/MS) method was established for the determination of 6 Synthetic colorants in processed meat. Samples were extracted with methanol-5% ammonia (30 : 70, v/v) solution. Extraction liquid was purified by Hexane removal and Oasis HLB SPE column. The separation of 6 Synthetic colorants was performed on a Waters Acquity UPLC system with a BEH C18 column. The mobile phases were methanol and 0.02 mol/L ammonium acetate in gradient elution. The electrospray was operated in the negative ionization mode. The calibration curves showed good linearity within the concentrations of 0.05 - 5.0 mg/mL with the correlation coefficients r 〉 0.991. The recoveries of 6 Synthetic colorants were 83.5% - 96.8% at the spiked levels of 0.1, 0.2, 1.0 mg/kg. The relative standard deviations coefficients of variation were both less than 3.84% - 9.26%. This method can be used to further confirm the compounds by using the Qtrap specific MRM-IDA-EPI scanning mode.
