摘　　要：构建产学研合作评估体系对于高职院校、企业的合作有良好的指导作用。高职产学研合作主要从企业项目、知识共享、文化发展、合作研发协议、金融支持、共同交流等六个方面进行评价,通过对成功标准的确定,引导高职产学研工作更快更好地发展。An evaluation system of university-industry research cooperation plays a guiding role in the cooperation between vocational colleges and enterprises.The cooperation is mainly carried out on six levels： enterprise project, knowledge sharing,cultural development, cooperative RD agreement, financial support,and communication. By defining the criteria for success, it helps to facilitate the cooperation in a faster and healthier way.
