摘 要:"十三五"时期,提高教育办学质量成为职业教育发展的主题,作为职教"提质"重要保障条件的师资队伍建设,虽然取得了巨大成绩,但依然存在问题。通过对天津、淮南、宁夏、包头、广州五地的五所中职示范校的实地调查发现,师资队伍建设主要存在四方面的问题:结构性失调、在职培训低效、"双师型"师资队伍建设的人文缺失及制度建构的不到位和执行乏力。The improvement of education quality during the "13th Five-Year" period is the theme of the vocational education. The "quality" of teachers is very important for vocational education. Although great achievements have been made, problems still exist.The field survey of five model secondary vocational schools in Tianjin, Huainan, Ningxia, Baotou and Guangzhou show four main problems: structural imbalance, inefficiency of on-the-job training, humanist deficiency of "double teacher type" and weak implementation of system construction. The paper explores these problems in order to make the teaching staff construction system and strategies more accurate and efficient.
