基于校中厂模式的高职学生综合职业能力培养实践研究——以物流管理专业为例

摘　　要：物流学科所具有的综合性、交叉性、应用性和系统性等特点,要求该专业的人才培养要高度重视学生综合职业能力的培养。以东莞职业技术学院物流管理专业为例,总结了该专业通过校企合作建设校中厂,在培养学生综合职业能力方面的具体措施和取得的成效。Logistics, as a discipline, is comprehensive, interdisciplinary, applicative and systematic, therefore emphasizing the cultivation of comprehensive professionalism in vocational colleges.Taking the Logistics Mmanagement Major at Dongguan Polytechnic as an example, this paper gives a brief review of the concrete measures and the effects of the school enterprise based on the cooperation between the college and enterprises.
