高职院校跨境电商协同创新与师资培养实践——以广州番禺职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：2012年以来,跨境电商发展迅猛,成为国际贸易、商务英语等专业学生主要就业领域。本文以广州番禺职业技术学院为例,提出高职院校应与企业协同创新,培养能胜任跨境电商教学的师资,根据企业需求调整人才培养方案,解决广东乃至全国跨境电商人才紧缺的难题。Cross-border E-commerce industry provides substantial positions for the students major in international trade,business English since 2012. This paper taking Guangzhou Panyu Polytechnic as an example,analyzes the higher vocational colleges how to make cooperative innovation with the enterprises,cultivate qualified for cross-border e-commerce teaching faculty in order to solve the CBEC industry staff shortage of Guangdong and even the whole country.
