摘　　要：高校教师是高等院校教学工作的主要承担者,也是决定学生是否成才的重要条件,高校的发展离不开教师队伍的培养。青年教师作为高校教师队伍中的新兴力量,是实现高校教师队伍稳定和进步的关键。在具体的教学过程中,要关注高校青年教师的思想道德建设中存在的问题,加强对教师的道德培养,有力推动高校教育与教学的不断改革和发展。Teachers are the main bearers of the teaching work in colleges and universities,as well as the important condition of deciding whether a student will be a success or not. The development of colleges and universities can＇t be separated from the cultivation of teachers.Young teachers,as the new power of the faculty in colleges and universities,are the key to achieve the stability and progress of the troop of college teachers. In the concrete teaching process,we should pay more attention to the problems existing in ideological and moral education of the young faculty in higher educations institutions,strengthening moral development to teachers and strongly pushing forward the continuous innovation and development of higher education and teaching.
