摘  要:近年来,随着经济发展和社会转型,提升学历层次的要求日益突出,开展本科层次高职教育成为教育发展的关注点。高职与本科3+2分段培养突破了现有专科教学局限,完善了高职教育模式,有利于为社会输入优秀的专业人才。"生物技术"是一项高新技术,该专业旨在培养专业技术优良的实用型人才,在其培养过程中实行高职与本科3+2分段培养模式,具有一定的前瞻性。本文以"生物技术及应用"专业为例,简要地概述了高职与本科3+2分段培养的价值与存在的问题,并探讨了高职与本科3+2分段培养的有效措施,以期提高生物技术及应用专业人才培养水平,为社会输送更多专业人才。In recent years,with economic development and social transformation,raise the level of academic requirements have become increasingly prominent,against this background,to carry out the undergraduate level vocational education has become the main focus of educational development. Undergraduate and Vocational Training 3+2 segment broke through the limitations of existing specialist teaching and improve vocational education model is conducive to communiW input outstanding professionals. Biotechnology is a high-tech,the program aims at training professional and technical excellent practical talents,the implementation of vocational and undergraduate training model 3+2 segments in their training process,with some forward-looking. In this paper, bio-technology and application,for example,a brief overview of the value and problems in vocational and undergraduate 3+2 segments of culture,and to explore the vocational and undergraduate 3+2 and Cultivating effective measures to improve biotechnology professional training and application of water,for the socieW with more professionals.
