浅谈地方师范院校如何加强师范技能的培养——以衡阳师范学院物理学专业为例

摘　　要：随着社会的进步和教育的发展,社会对教育的要求越来越高,如何提高师范毕业生的师范技能是每个教育工作者都必须思考的重要问题。本文首先简要地阐述了师范技能的主要内容及应届师范毕业生在师范技能方面存在的主要问题;接着以衡阳师范学院物理学专业为例,阐述了当前地方师范院校物理专业的培养现状和存在的弊端;最后就地方师范院校如何提高师范生师范技能提出了四点建议。Flowing the progress of the society and the development＇of the education,the society has a higher requirement for the education.Therefore,how to improve the teaching skills of graduates from normal university has been an important topic of every educator.In this paper,we Firstly expounded the teaching skills and the the main problems existing in teaching skills for the fresh graduates from normal universities. Secondly,we analyzed the training Status of local normal colleges and their deficiencies,as physics majors ofhengyang normal university for example.Finally,we put forward some suggestions on how to improve their students＇ teaching skills for local normal universities.
