摘  要:针对教育国际化的必然趋势和合作办学存在的无缝对接问题,以我院与澳大利亚塔斯马尼亚大学工程学院合作办学为例,从专业课教师在合作班教学的差异入手,分析了面临的挑战和机遇,探讨了有效化解挑战的方法,在学校和学院政策支持及教师个人努力的综合作用下,化挑战为机遇,形成良性发展。同时,针对中外双方的教育特点,构建一套适合于学校合作办学的师资队伍建设发展模式,充分发挥青年教师的积极性,在机遇与挑战并存的情况下,凸显机遇,对教师的个人发展和学校的长远发展均有积极意义。According to the education internationalization and cooperative education seamless joint,some experience is studied from the view of different teaching classes as an example which is between college of architecture and civil engineering in Xi'an University of Science and Technology and engineering college in Tasmania University. Then the methods of resolving challenges are researched through analyzing opportunity and challenge. It can change challenge to opportunity and become good development under policy support and personal efforts. Meanwhile,according to the different education characteristics,a development patterns is proposed which can stimulate young teachers' enthusiasm.All of this has positive effect on both teachers and university's development.
