摘　　要：通过对"十三五"规划的深入解读,了解我国高校研究生教育发展需求与挑战;以提高高校教学水平和创新能力为目标,对硕士研究生课程"现代交通管理理论"的建设问题提出了新思考。从建设意义、课程体系和教学模式等方面详细阐述了课程建设的内容,对研究生课程体系的深入研究和教学具有指导意义。The requirements and challenges of postgraduate education development in China are understood thought interpreting the 13 th Five Year Plan. With the goal of improving teaching level and creative ability,this paper propose some new thinking for the postgraduate courses ＂Theory for Modern Transportation Management＂. The contents of course construction are described from the aspect of construction significant,course system and teaching mode.The results have guiding significance for the further study of postgraduate course and teaching.
