摘  要:为实现对万能式断路器分合闸故障的非侵入式检测,设计了一种基于LabVIEW的万能式断路器故障在线诊断系统。采用加速度传感器和拾音器对断路器分合闸过程中的振动与声音信号进行监测,并通过LabVIEW对振声数据进行读取、处理、显示、存储。研究了断路器振声数据的特征参数与分合闸动作状态之间的对应关系,利用支持向量机对分合闸动作过程中的故障进行辨识。在DW15-1600万能式断路器上进行故障模拟试验,结果表明该系统可以有效地对断路器分合闸故障进行诊断,具有良好的可靠性与实用性。In order to realize the non-invasive detection of switching fault for conventional circuit breaker, an on-line fault diagnosis system for conventional circuit breaker based on LabVIEW was proposed.The system used acceleration sensor and pickup to monitor vibration signal and acoustical signal during the switching process. LabVIEW was used to read, process, display and store the vibration and acoustic data.The research on relationship between feature parameters of vibration and acoustic data and switching action state was completed,and the fault was identified by support vector machine (SVM).The experiment on DW15- 1600 conventional circuit breaker shows that the system has the ability of diagnosing switching fault effectively and it has good reliability and practicability.
