摘  要:学习资源与学习支持服务是开放教育的两大核心构成,两者相互作用、相互影响,其差异性表现在服务供给、服务属性以及服务内容等方面,其统一性表现为一体性、可转换性和互补性。两者在历史发展过程中,表现出了从整合到分离到再度整合的演变规律。充分认识两者的辩证关系及其演变规律,有利于教育机构科学规划和布局两类服务,实现开放教育的专业化、整合性发展。Learning resource and learning support are two cores in Open Education, which has a relationship of interaction and interrelation. They are obviously different on service supplying, service attribute, and the content of service. But they are also integration, as they are mutual complementary and interchangeable. Learning resource services and learning support services performance an evolution law from integration to separation, from separation to integration. It is necessary for educational institu- tions to know these relationships and laws, when they prepare to make a scientific plan, to plan a specialized and integrated development.
